3D Plans Portfolio

3D plans give a complete overview of an entire floor or site layout of a proposed development. They are an ideal marketing tool that allow our clients and prospective buyers to see the entire floor or site layout in one 3D image. Our 3D floor plans come fully populated with furniture in order to visually represent the type of rooms throughout the area. These plans are commonly used as a replacement for standard 2D coloured floor plans as they give a much better sense of scale. 3D site plans help viewers understand the site layout and orientation far better than standard 2D plans. Both types of 3D plans help communication between our clients and their buyers.

We work closely with every client to ensure that their expectations and goals are accurately met and delivered on time. We achieve this through clear and constant communication.

There are a number of stages involved in the production of 3D Plans. These are as follows:

Stage 1: Consultation and establishing requirements

Initial discussions are required to determine the requirements of our client. No matter what the objective of the project is, we will advise on the best approach. All consultations at this stage are free of charge. A detailed fee proposal will be issued based on this consultation stage.

Stage 2: Instruction and issue of information

Upon instruction, we will request that all necessary information is sent to us in order to commence work on the project. It is likely that we will have advised on the information required during stage 1. However further information may be requested upon instruction such as furniture layouts for 3D floor plans.

Stage 3: 3D modelling, 3D visualisation and draft material

This is the ‘project phase’ and involves carrying out the various steps to create the required 3D plans. Structural and material drafts will be issued for comments throughout the project. Stage 4 will not commence until sign off of all draft imagery has been received.

Stage 4: Sign off and production of final material

Upon sign off of all draft imagery, the high resolution images will be rendered and the final phase of the project carried out – post production. Final proofs will be issued for minor comments and/or sign off.

Stage 5: Issue of final material

Upon sign off of all final proofs, all 3D renders will be issued at high resolution. They will be issued electronically through an online file sharing service.
