Planning Submitted for €19.3M Hotel Development in Dublin 1
In 2014, London based SW3 Capital added yet another commercial development to its already growing Irish portfolio. Twilfit House, a property located on the corner of Jervis Street and Upper Abbey Street was acquired for €4.15 million.
In 2005, city planners granted permission for the demolition of the three-storey over basement Twilfit House and plans were approved to replace it with a seven-storey retail and office building setting.
Nothing however ever happened with this application but the approval set the precedent for the future scale of any proposed development which may be built on this site.
Needless to say, plans have been in the pipeline for years to re-develop this site and it finally looks like the ball is now rolling. #Team3DDB completed a series of CGI’s, Architectural Montages and Verified View Montages, all of which are being used in the planning and marketing efforts.
